Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the fbbaje platform. These terms form a legal agreement between you and us.

Section 01

Introduction and Applicability

fbbaje (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "Company") is an online gaming and entertainment service provider for users in Bangladesh. By accessing our website fbbaje.cam or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions must be read and followed together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. The above policies are considered an integral part of this document.

Important: If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the fbbaje platform. Continued use of the platform will be taken as your acceptance of all terms.

In this document, "user" or "you" refers to any person who accesses the fbbaje.cam website, holds an account, or participates in games. "Services" refers to all of fbbaje's gaming, betting, live casino, slots and other entertainment activities.

For 21+ Only: All services of fbbaje are exclusively for persons aged 21 years or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.
  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh.
  • You must have mental capacity and be playing of your own free will.
  • You have not previously been banned from fbbaje for any reason.
  • You are not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion program.

Regional Applicability

fbbaje primarily serves the Bangladesh market. There may be certain countries or regions from which use of our services is prohibited. It is the user's own responsibility to verify whether use of this platform is legal under the local laws of their area.

Section 03

Account Registration

To enjoy services on fbbaje, you must create a personal account. Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Registration Rules

  • Accurate and truthful information must be provided in the registration form.
  • The username, email address and phone number must be correct.
  • Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
  • You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
  • If any suspicious activity is noticed, our support team must be informed immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

fbbaje may at any time request a valid national identity card (NID), passport or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals. fbbaje reserves the right to suspend an account if the user does not cooperate with the verification process.

Section 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

fbbaje provides secure financial transaction facilities through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption technology.

Deposits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Successful deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
  • No additional fees apply for deposits.
  • The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit.

Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
  • Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
  • Withdrawals will be sent to the same mobile number used to make the deposit.
Financial Security: fbbaje only accepts funds belonging to the user themselves. Transactions from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted. Suspicious transactions may be held for investigation at any time.

Currency and Conversion

fbbaje only accepts Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate will be applied automatically and a conversion fee may apply.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fbbaje provides bonuses and promotional offers for its users. These offers are available under specific terms and compliance with these terms is mandatory.

Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus up to a maximum of ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example:

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total Balance ৳2,500
Example 2: Deposit ৳14,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total Balance ৳24,000

Bonus Wagering Requirements

  • Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x).
  • The bonus must be used within the specified validity period.
  • A user can receive a welcome bonus only once.
  • Wagering requirements must be met to convert bonus funds to cash.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

General Bonus Rules

  • fbbaje reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
  • If bonuses are misused through multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
  • Separate terms apply for each bonus — see the offers page for details.
  • fbbaje reserves the right to cancel any bonus incorrectly awarded due to a technical error.

VIP and Cashback Program

Regular users can join our VIP program. There are four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier — the more you play, the greater the opportunity to reach a higher tier. At the Platinum tier, weekly cashback of up to 1.0% is available.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

fbbaje offers various types of games including live casino, slots, cricket betting and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting the game.

General Betting Rules

  • A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, it will be resolved in accordance with the applicable policy.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, the server log will be treated as the final evidence.
  • In live casino games, the real-time dealer's decision is final.
  • If a connection is lost due to network issues, the game progress will be saved.

Fair Play Guarantee

fbbaje only offers games from internationally recognised game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi). All games are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG), which ensure fair play. We do not interfere with the outcome of any game.

Sports Betting

Our platform supports betting on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international matches. Payments will be processed after the event result is officially announced.

User Code of Conduct

All users of fbbaje must use the platform honestly and ethically. Involvement in any of the activities listed below may result in permanent account closure.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
  • Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
  • Colluding with other users or manipulating games.
  • Creating an account using false identity documents or incorrect information.
  • Operating multiple accounts from the same household or device.
  • Misusing the bonus system or applying bonus hunting strategies.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Threatening, harassing or deceiving other users.
  • Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.

Section 09

Account Suspension & Closure

fbbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with little or no notice in the following circumstances.

Reasons for Account Closure

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
  • Failure to cooperate with the identity verification (KYC) process.
  • If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
  • Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.
  • In the case of self-exclusion at the account holder's request.

Refund After Closure

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, any bonus-related funds are non-refundable. In cases of fraudulent activity, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

fbbaje is an entertainment platform. We are committed to ensuring a safe and reliable environment; however, our liability is limited in the areas described below.

  • fbbaje is not responsible for financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
  • Liability for game losses due to internet disconnection is limited.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software or hardware.
  • If account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence, the responsibility lies with the user.
  • Our total liability will never exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.

Amendments & Applicable Law

Policy on Changes to Terms

fbbaje reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between fbbaje and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through dialogue. If unresolved, the matter will be settled through a mutually agreed mediator. Users may submit any complaint through the support team.

Severability of Terms

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective. The invalidity of one clause will not render the entire document invalid.
